  • The name of your existing SMSF
  • Personal details for each member (names, addresses etc including Tax File Numbers)
  • Identification for each member (Driver's License, Passport etc)
  • The name of your Corporate Trustee (if applicable) and Director Identification Numbers for each Director (for more information click here)
  • Details of your Financial Adviser (if applicable)
  • Details of the SMSF's current accountant/administrator
